あなたが夢中になれることをまずは小さくはじめて育てていく。動きながら育てて発酵させていけるような場を目指し「Brew」と名付けました。イメージは「Everyday POP UP!」日々何かしら生まれるポップアップスペース。いつしか世界とつながるキッチンスタジオへ。

• 遠方地域の店舗のPRとして。（キッチン／ガレージ／サロンのそれぞれのスペースを単体でも一棟貸しでも）

• キッチンスペースは最小単位で月１回３ヵ月からご利用可能。新商品の試食やメニュー開発、独立に向けた準備などにもご活用いただけます。（ご利用には契約が必要です）

• シェフ・イン・レジデンスによる週3回運営のスタンドバル営業日、Brewにて開催するイベントに合わせてご出店いただき、テスト販売などにご活用いただけます。一緒にご出店いただくことでPR等の相乗効果が期待できます。

• ご希望に合うお食事内容での貸し切りが可能です。結婚式の０次会や２次会、ワイン勉強会、周年イベントなど、小規模から大規模イベントまで、目的に応じてご活用いただけます。

  You can use the space for test sales by opening a stall in conjunction with the Chef-in-Residence's 3 times a week stand bar business days and events held at the Brew. We can expect synergistic effects such as PR, etc. by opening a restaurant together with you.

  We can provide a private dining room for a private party with the menu you desire. We can provide a variety of events, from small to large scale, such as wedding receptions, after-parties, wine study groups, anniversary events, and more.
